Vessel Walkthrough
This Grand Banks 49 Classic has full walkaround teak decks with teak hand rail on stainless steel stanchions fore to aft. Gates are provided at both cabin doors and the swim ladder. The aft trunk cabin has a dinghy mounted to starboard. It is launched with a 1200 lb. pipe davit with an electric winch. Three steps up to the upper deck flybridge forward to starboard is the upper steering station. Electronics are mounted behind a plexiglass door andon the console. Thisarea is a large clean dry area used for storage for items like life jackets. Seating is providedby 2 large cushioned bench seatsthat face both fore and aft and have large storage below. Weather cloths and loose deck furniture complete this area.Port side a cabin door accesses the aft of the main salon. To port the length of the cabin is the galley with a large undercounter Grunert freezer and large Grunert refrigerator. Both are cooled bya Grunert holding plate system. Cabinets and drawers utilize the rest of this counter. A large stainless steel sink is provided along with a Force 10 3-burner propane oven and stove. A microwave and other small appliances complete the galley area.Area rugs cover the floor and blinds cover the side windows. Overhead lights complete this area. The engine room is below.Aft and down is the large Master Stateroom with queen size berth night stands desk and vanity dressers and hanging lockers.Large opening windows on both sides provide natural light and ventilation and a door accesses the aft deck. A large bath contains a tub/shower sink and countertop with storage under and a Royal Flush electric head.Forward and down the companionway to port is a guest bath with a Royal Flush toilet counter with sink and storage and a stall shower. An overhead hatch and window are provided. Opposite to starboard is a cabin with upper and lower berthsdrawers and hanging locker. An overhead hatch and window are provided.Fully forward is the huge V-berth with drawers and storage under cabinets and hanging lockers and a vanity. Behind the cabin door is a ladder to the overhead deck hatch. The forward bulkhead has access to the chain locker.
Salon
The Salon is spacious and finished in traditional GB teak with a large L-settee with table & chairs to starboard and the Galley located to port.

Master Stateroom
The Master Stateroom is located aft with an island queen berth night stands desk/vanity dresser hanging lockers and an access door to the aft deck. The ensuite Master Head offers a vanity with sink and a tub/shower.
VIP Stateroom
The VIP Guest Stateroom is forward. There is a V-berth with storage beneath additional storage cabinets vanity and hanging locker.

The 2nd Guest Stateroom is located to starboard and has twin berths a hanging locker and drawer storage.

Batteries are equipped with vapor switches and are maintained by two (2) 40amp Sentry automatic chargers and engine driven alternators.120/240V AC current is provided by 50amp 240V shore cord and the listed generators. All circuits are breaker protected.
Tankage
FUEL:1000 gallons diesel in two tanks - one tank new in 2005WATER:500 gallons in two tanks supply a 110V shallow well pump with surge tank and pressure switch.
