The boat has A/C and reverse cycle heat, along with another 2 speed heater in the dinette area.
This boat has had some leakage issues, mainly around the helm station, and in the aft cabin area near the aft cabin entrance. Most of the water intrusion issues have been addressed, and there were only slight areas where the wood was still wet.
Overall this boat does need some costmetic work to the wood interior, and the brightwork exterior, but it is a stable platform, and a great canidate if you are looking for a mid-sized project boat! She will be very nice once complete!
